High Pressure / High Temperature Solutions
Completion technology for challenging applications
Packers Plus Titanium™ XV completion solutions are specially engineered for open and cased hole, multi-stage stimulation in wells where differential pressures can reach up to 18,000 psi (103 MPa) and extreme bottom hole temperatures can be encountered. These field-proven solutions have been successfully deployed in some of the most challenging downhole environments, including offshore and geothermal wells.
Packers Plus Titanium XV completion solutions are modular with regard to tool placement, enabling different combinations of tools to be deployed, depending on well conditions, to create a customized design for targeted delivery of the stimulation program.
Packers Plus HPHT completion solutions offer many features and benefits
- Mitigates risk associated with burst and collapse scenarios with 15,000 psi (103 MPa) ratings on all metal parts
- Stimulate more of the wellbore with improved isolation using field-proven mechanical Titanium XV RockSEAL® packers
- Increase production by accessing natural fractures in open hole applications
- Custom stimulation programs by combining a variety of Packers Plus tools to complete the entire lateral
