StackFRAC Slimhole System

The StackFRAC® Slimhole system is specially designed with a smaller liner outside diameter (OD), enabling operators to re-enter vertical or horizontal wells. This system provides a cost-effective solution for restimulation and well recovery applications by enabling exact placement of stimulation treatments in one continuous pumping operation, saving operators time and money.

RockSEAL Straddle System

The RockSEAL® Straddle System is used to create an isolated zone for injection, stimulation or testing operations. The RockSEAL Straddle System is mechanically set without the need for pumping, which enables the packer to be easily set and returned to the run-in position, making it ideal for repeated operations. The tool can be equipped with various accessories such as an emergency ball release, fluid control valve, inline gauges, or an upper cup assembly, which provides additional pack-off in shallow wells.

 

TREX Setting Sleeve

The TREX™ Setting Sleeve provides an effective and economic tie-back option when preparing a well for refrac or re-entry operations. The TREX Setting Sleeve is combined with the TREX Running Tool to provide a system that disengages from the liner without a cutting tool and provides an effective transition option at a pre-determined depth without restricting the inside diameter so stimulation treatment can be delivered at high pump rates.

Stage Tools

Cementing stage collars for monobore completions

Cemented-back monobore well construction reduces total wellbore costs by cementing the vertical and build sections of a well from the heel back to surface with a stage tool, rather than running intermediate casing. This technique also eliminates trips required in traditional operations of removing the running string and installing the fracture string.

SF Cementor Stage Collar

The SF Cementor stage collar is a hydraulically opened, mechanically closed stage cementing tool. The SF Cementor is closed without the use of a wiper plug or dart, which eliminates the need for a cement head and reduces post-cement cleanout operations, debris issues and associated costs.

SF Cementor D Stage Collar

The SF Cementor D stage collar is a hydraulically opened stage cementing tool that is closed using an actuation ball or specialized wiper plug. A degradable version is available that includes a degradable wiper plug and landing seat to eliminate millout operations.

 

SF Stage Collar

The SF Stage Collar is a hydraulically opened stage cementing tool that is closed using an actuation ball or specialized wiper plug. This simplified version of the SF Cementor D stage collar does not include a secondary closure sleeve, but is available in degradable version to eliminate millout.

Debris Sub

The Debris Sub is used in conjunction with cementing stage tools to provide a barrier to cement stringers or debris during cementing, and to act as a platform for clean-up operations. The Debris Sub is easily milled out to regain communication with the tool string. A degradable version is available to eliminate millout operations.

HPHT Solutions

Completion technology for challenging applications

Packers Plus Titanium™ XV completion solutions are specially engineered for open and cased hole, multi-stage stimulation in wells where differential pressures can reach up to 15,000 psi (103 MPa) and extreme bottom hole temperatures can be encountered. Titanium XV Liner Hanger Packer

The Titanium XV Liner Hanger Packer is a production or injection packer designed to provide mechanical isolation for downhole pressures up to 15,000 psi and extreme bottom hole temperatures. The Titanium XV Liner Hanger Packer sealbore is available in various lengths with a variety of seal assemblies to provide versatility with tubing movement requirements. Additionally, the seal assemblies can be latched or landed into the sealbore.

Titanium XV RockSEAL Packer

The Titanium XV RockSEAL packer is a dual-element, solid-body, hydraulically set open hole packer that combines the sealing strength of a mechanical element with the setting force of a dual-piston cylinder and mechanical body-lock system to provide high-pressure zonal isolation during stimulation operations and throughout the life of the well.

Titanium XV FracPORT™ Sleeve

The Titanium XV FracPORT sleeve is a ball-actuated, hydraulically activated injection/production port designed to provide stimulation for differential pressures up to 15,000 psi and extreme bottom hole temperatures. The Titanium XV FracPORT sleeve is run between two Titanium XV RockSEAL packers to allow specific zones of the wellbore to be isolated and selectively stimulated.

Titanium XV Hydraulic Anchor

The Titanium XV Hydraulic Anchor is a hydraulically set anchor that features a slip arrangement with exceptional holding power to keep the system from moving under the hydraulic and mechanical forces that may be exerted on the liner. It can be used to provide extra anchoring for stimulation at the toe of the wellbore or anywhere along the system that requires extra stability.

SF Liner Hanger Packer

The SF Liner Hanger Packer is a production or injection packer that is available in various lengths with a variety of seal assemblies to provide versatility with tubing movement requirements. Additionally, the seal assemblies can be latched or landed into the sealbore.

The SwellPLUS packer has specially designed and innovative elastomer elements to meet the most challenging wellbore conditions. The packer has no moving parts and the elastomer element expands upon contact with activation fluid, sealing against the wellbore.

SoftSEAL™ II High Expansion Packer

The SoftSEAL II packer provides maximum expansion and is specifically designed for oversized and elliptical wellbores in soft rock formations. This mechanical packer includes specially designed elastomers with the largest possible cross section to provide excellent expansion ratios to set in oversized holes.

FracPORT™ H3 Sleeve

The FracPORT H3 sleeve is a ball-activated, hydraulically activated injection/production port. It is run between isolation packers to allow specific zones of the wellbore to be isolated and selectively stimulated.

QuickPORT™ V Sleeve

The QuickPORT V sleeve is a ball-activated, hydraulically activated injection/production port. A single activation ball can open multiple QuickPORT V sleeves to enable stimulation of the reservoir through multiple entry points in a single stage.

Hydraulic FracPORT Sleeve

The Hydraulic FracPORT sleeve is a hydraulically activated injection/production port used for the first stage of open hole stimulation systems. The sleeve enables communication between the tool string and the annulus, while the unique configuration of the sleeve ensures full opening for effective stimulation of the first stage.

SF Ball

SF Balls are used in Packers Plus multi-stage ball-activated stimulation systems to enable hydraulic activation of downhole tools and divert flow of fluids within a stage. There are a variety of SF Balls available in different specific gravity ratings and materials, including degradable balls.

FLUX Flow Control Devices

The Packers Plus FLUX™ Flow Control Devices are cassette-based regulators that optimize the flow of fluid entering or exiting the wellbore, depending on the desired application. Coiled Tubing Activated Completions

The Packers Plus Coiled Tubing (CT) Activated Completion System provides the ultimate flexibility in operational performance. The specially designed CT Sleeves can be oriented in the wellbore for either shift up or shift down activation, depending on completion program requirements.

The CT Sleeves can be activated with either a CT Shifting Tool or CT Isolation Tool. This provides the operator with the option of closing each sleeve after stimulation or leaving each sleeve open, depending on operational preference. Both options enable effective stimulation of high stage count wells and improved operational performance.

Steam Valves

Advanced Completion Technology for SAGD Operations

The Packers Plus Inferno Ball-Activated Steam Valve enhances steam distribution along the lateral in steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) completions, while reducing operational cost and risk. The Inferno’s ball-activated internal sliding sleeve removes the requirement to kill the well and cool the reservoir to run coiled tubing into the well for initial sleeve activation.

The Advanced Reservoir Management Systems (ARMS™) group leveraged the best of Packers Plus innovation in developing the Inferno Ball-Activated Steam Valve. Packers Plus develops completion technologies for a variety of applications, adapting to industry demand.
