Sand Screens

Maximize Production in Sandface Completions

The ScreenPORT™ Sleeve and ScreenPORT S2 Sleeve combine sliding sleeve technology with a sand control screen to maximize production in sandface completions. The field-proven Drillable Closeable (DC) FracPORT™ Sleeve allows specific zones of the wellbore to be selectively stimulated before utilizing the ScreenPORT assembly for sand control during production. The ScreenPORT Technologies are ideal solutions for maximizing production in both offshore and onshore completions.

ScreenPORT Technologies have many features and benefits

Degradable actuation balls available to further reduce operational risk

Compatible with FLUX™ Cassette Integration Module

Combining with isolation packers enables shutting in intervals that are producing unwanted fluids

ScreenPORT Technologies

ScreenPORT Sleeve

Standalone sub enables production through screens for effective sand management

ScreenPORT Sleeve with DC FracPORT Sleeve

Provides targeted stimulation and production through screens for effective sand management

ScreenPORT S2 Sleeve

Specially engineered to cycle between targeted stimulation and screened production without intervention

 Our commitment to quality

Packers Plus successful stimulation services begin with a fully integrated quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) process that begins at the design stage and follows each tool through manufacturing, assembly, testing, shipping and installation. Automation and robotics are incorporated into our proven process to ensure consistency and repeatability of key criteria in each step as we design, develop and manufacture our patented tools and systems.  As a commitment to quality and meeting stringent standards, Packers Plus has achieved ISO 9001 certification and  API Q1 Certification for our manufacturing and engineering operations in Edmonton, AB, and ISO 9001 in Houston, TX.

FLUX Flow Control Devices

Improve Reservoir Coverage & Optimize Flowback

The Packers Plus FLUX™ Flow Control Devices are cassette-based regulators that optimize the flow of fluid entering or exiting the wellbore, depending on the desired application. The cassette flowpaths range from simple nozzle ICDs to complex autonomous designs, providing a variety of inflow or outflow options, while at the same time maintaining operational simplicity through the plug-and-play design and availability of a variety of chassis for deployment.

FLUX Flow Control Devices have many features and benefits

Pressure and flow rates can be custom designed to balance conformance based on reservoir conditions

Pressure drop fully contained within flow control device cassettes

Closeable sliding sleeve provides on-off functionality

FLUX Flow Control Devices

FLUX Injection Valve

Enhances injection conformance along the length of the liner for improved reservoir coverage in injection wells.

FLUX Cassette Integration Module

Modular cassette-based inflow control device (ICD) system that allows interchangeability of cassettes within a base pipe prior to running in the hole.

Steam Valves

Advanced Completion Technology for SAGD Operations

The Packers Plus Inferno Ball-Activated Steam Valve enhances steam distribution along the lateral in steam-assisted gravity drainage (SAGD) completions, while reducing operational cost and risk. The Inferno’s ball-activated internal sliding sleeve removes the requirement to kill the well and cool the reservoir to run coiled tubing into the well for initial sleeve activation.

The Advanced Reservoir Management Systems (ARMS™) group leveraged the best of Packers Plus innovation in developing the Inferno Ball-Activated Steam Valve. Packers Plus develops completion technologies for a variety of applications, adapting to industry demand. Packers Plus is an innovator of multi-stage completion systems and provides solutions for challenging applications in horizontal, vertical, multi-lateral and high pressure/high temperature (HPHT) wells.

The Inferno offers many features and benefits

Eliminates need for coiled tubing operations for first sleeve opening

Enables uniform steam distribution throughout lateral with adjustable nozzles

Erosion resistant valves can be opened and closed multiple times
