Primary Role Focus            

Servicing and redressing of down-hole equipment as per Packers Plus tool assembly procedures (TAP) and quality control standards.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities        

• Ensure full compliance to Packers Plus, Saudi and customers’ SHE policies & procedures
• Responsible for assembly and delivery of finished products to a number of field locations. This individual will operate a number of different tools and equipment in the assembly area, while working independently or as a member of a team. Will also demonstrate an ability to assist in other areas within the workshop facility.
• This individual will follow outlined specifications, while ensuring compliance with safety and work related procedures. Be familiar with a number of different techniques within the workshop facility.
• Solid understanding of the entire assembly process, including assembly techniques for downhole tools
• Rebuild used or faulty downhole equipment
• Use various drifting and callipering techniques
• Doping and greasing techniques
• Labeling and scribing of tools
• Drifting Techniques
• Breakdown tools
• Prepare tools for inspection
• Torque tools
• Familiar with and understand the scanners and PDA process for assembly
• Operating crane, forklift and pressure testing bunker
• Inspect forklift’s daily
• Inspect Overhead Crane’s Daily
• Familiarization with storage area’s in warehouse
• Keeping shop area clean, neat and organized
• Load and unload delivery trucks
• Maintain inventory process
• Available to work overtime and be on call 

Experience and Skills

• Technical Diploma
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical
• Arabic and English proficiency for written and verbal communication
• Previous warehouse experience in a workshop environment an asset
• Mechanically inclined
• Certification to operate warehouse machinery
