Business Development Manager - Kuwait
Grow and develop Packers Plus market share in Kuwait and oversee all aspects of the business operations. This dynamic position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and innovation leadership.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
- Manage the overall performance of assigned territory by delivering overall profitability in line with annual targets
- Driving strategic initiatives and deliver cutting-edge Packers Plus solutions to optimize well completions processes.
- Ensure streamlined business operations and coordinate any activities with regional teams to implement processes and policies with focus on continuous performance Identify and develop new opportunities with customers and execute sales processes related to pricing, tendering, contract negotiation, pre-qualification etc.
- Support local team to cultivate a high performance culture and promote excellence.
- Forecast and manage in country tool inventory
- Ensure all operations of Packers Plus comply with the local legislation and ethical standards
- Propose solutions through presentations, bids, networking and discussions
- Identify and mitigate risks by taking proactive measures, reporting competitive threats and changes in customer behaviors or policies
- Manage customer and vendor negotiations to reach favorable agreement
- Cultivate and build a strong network within the industry
Education
Engineering degree, MBA or equivalent
Kuwait Professional Engineering Association membership is an asset
Experience and Skills
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks In depth knowledge in business, operations, financial and sales management
- Industry experience in the assigned territory
- Eight to Ten years of experience in achieving sales targets and managing customer relationships
