QuickFRAC Cemented System

Limited Entry Ball-Drop Completions

The QuickFRAC® system is a limited entry, cemented multi-stage completion system used to selectively stimulate multiple entry points with one treatment.

Multiple QuickPORT™ IV sleeves are configured as individually isolated entry points. Using a designed pumping rate to create a pressure differential, the QuickFRAC system evenly distributes one treatment throughout multiple selected zones in the wellbore. The stimulation treatment for the entire system is completed in one continuous pumping operation, reducing completion time and costs.

Because the Packers Plus QuickFRAC system is modular with regard to tool placement, it can be combined with other Packers Plus tools and systems, enabling a customized stimulation program.

The QuickFRAC batch stimulation system offers many features and benefits

Gain the efficiency of ball-drop systems in a cemented liner

Compatible with dissolvable balls to eliminate millout operations

Reinforced nozzles eliminate entry point erosion issues

One ball size activates multiple entry points within a treatment zone

Faster completion times due to continuous pumping operations

Remove risk of wireline and coiled tubing runs between stimulation stages

Fluid or proppant stimulation compatible

Immediate flowback after stimulation

Can be custom designed for a targeted stimulation program

Compatible with other Packers Plus tools and systems

QuickPORT IV Sleeve

The QuickPORT IV sleeve is a ball-actuated, hydraulically activated injection/production port and can be run in a cemented liner. This sleeve allows for more than one stage to be activated with the same size actuation ball for limited entry batch fracturing. The QuickPORT IV sleeve flow ports are reinforced to be resistant to sand erosion, and are available in a variety of sizes to optimize the limited entry fracture treatment.

Single Internal Sleeve

The Single Internal Hydraulic Sleeve is a hydraulically activated injection/ production port used for the first stage of Packers Plus cemented stimulation system applications.
